Product Description
White corundum is a white abrasive made from industrial alumina powder (Al2O3) with a content of over 98% and a small amount of iron oxide and silicon oxide. It is a white abrasive which is melted at high temperature. Its hardness is slightly higher than that of brown corundum and its toughness is slightly lower. It is made by smelting and cooling above 2000 degrees in arc, grinding and shaping, removing iron by magnetic separation, and sieving into many kinds of granularity. It is compact in texture, high in hardness and sharp in shape.

Application
White corundum is suitable for surface beautification of all kinds of high-end products, crafts or hardware products. After sandblasting, the surface is white without any impurities, thus avoiding cleaning troubles. Fine white corundum can be used as the head of polishing and grinding. Can also be use as additives of various product.
1. Surface processing: the removal of metal oxide layer, carbide black skin, dirt and rust on metal or nonmetal surface, such as the removal of oxide or release agent from gravity die casting mold and rubber mold, the removal of black spots on ceramic surface, uranium color, and the rebirth of painting.
2. Beautifying processing: matte or matte processing of all kinds of gold, K-gold ornaments and precious metal products, matte processing of non-metals such as crystal, glass, corrugated and acrylic, and making the surface of processed products metallic luster.
3. Etching: the etching of jade, crystal, agate, semi-precious stones, seals, elegant stones, antiques, marble headstones,
ceramics, wood, bamboo pieces, etc.
4. Pretreatment: TEFLON, PU, rubber, plastic coating, rubber ROLLER, electroplating, metal spray welding, titanium plating and other pretreatment to increase the surface adhesion.
5. Raw edge processing: raw edge removal of bakelite, plastic, zinc and aluminum die castings, electronic parts, magnetic cores,etc.
6. Stress relief processing: stress relief processing for parts in aerospace, national defense and precision industries, such as rust removal, paint removal and matting, renovation, etc.
