This machine uses the impeller body which can form the material self-lining in the production, the impeller body will continuously throw the material to the crushing chamber which forms the material lining, forming a kind of material/material or material/iron impact crushing form. The material enters the crusher from the hopper, and part of it directly enters the high-speed rotating impeller by the central feeding pipe in the middle of the distributor, and is rapidly accelerated, and then ejects out from the flow mouth of the impeller evenly distributed at the speed of 50 ~ 75 m/s.
The material thrown out from the impeller at high speed first impacts and breaks with part of the material falling from the outer circumference of the distributor, and then impacts on the material lining or the counterattack plate in the vortex crushing chamber together, and is rebounded to change its direction of movement, and forms a continuous material curtain with the material emitted from the impeller passage. The material falling from the distributor's circumferential overflow has a pressurization effect on the material curtain, realizing the energy conversion, thus improving the crushing rate.
