Replacement requirements of hydraulic filter element:
1. Before replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, drain the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, check the oil return filter element and oil suction filter element to see if there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. If impurities are found, the components in the hydraulic system may be faulty and the hydraulic system needs to be repaired.
2. When replacing hydraulic oil, replace all hydraulic oil return filter elements and oil suction filter elements at the same time, and pay attention to the correct installation of sealing ring.
3. Before adding hydraulic oil, the oil suction filter element must be installed. The oil suction filter element directly leads to the hydraulic oil pump. If impurities enter, the wear of the hydraulic oil pump will be accelerated.
4. After adding hydraulic oil, it is necessary to remove the air in the hydraulic system.
