Fully Automatic Hanger Flocking Machine
The machine is developed based on the requirements of the plastic hanger flocking process. Since the flocking hanger production process involves issues such as environmental protection, fire protection, and safety supervision, as well as the harsh production environment, some workers are afraid in the job, especially young people who pay more attention to working environment, health and work hardness. Therefore, the automation of flocking hanger production is more and more necessary. We have developed the automatic flocking hanger production line. The full production line mainly includes an automatic hanger gluing machine and an automatic flocking machine.
Here’re the production process of the flocking hanger automatic production line:
1) Manually loading hangers onto the sliding rail;
2) The machine automatically dipping the hangers into liquid glue, and casting off needless glue. The height where the glue attach on all the hangers will be exactly same, and no ungluing hanger or no excess glue;
3) The gluing hangers manually are loaded into the flocking machine in an orderly interval, then all the hangers are flocked and move out of the flocking machine;
4) Workers pick up the flocking hanger one by one, and hang them on rack.
The appearance of the machine is all made of square-pass aluminum welding structure, the machined parts are all surface-treated, and the safety hazard parts are all covered with safety shields. The machine is durable, corrosion-resistant, safe and reliable. The transmission parts adopts high quality motors and control systems, improving efficiency, ensuring quality.
