NEGATIVE: CTL line, F Line, T Line and G Line are all red, Color of F line, T line, G Line are all stronger or similar than the CTL line, which means that, the milk sample contains fewer antibiotics than value given in the table.
Fluoroquinolones POSITIVE: Line CTL is visible, Line F is weaker than Line CTL, Line T and Line G both are stronger than Line CTL, which means that the milk sample contains the Fluoroquinolones more than the value in the table, the Tetracyclines and Gentamicin fewer that the value in the table.
Tetracyclines POSITIVE: Line CTL is Visible, Line T is weaker than Line CTL, Line F and Line G both are stronger than Line CTL; which means that the milk sample contains the Tetracycilines more than the value in the table, the Fluoroquinolones and Gentamicin fewer that the value in the table.
Gentamicin POSITIVE: Line CTL is Visible, Line G is weaker than Line CTL, Line F and Line T both are stronger than Line CTL; which means that the milk sample contains the Gentamicin more than the value in the table, the Fluoroquinolones and Tetracyclines fewer that the value in the table.
Full POSITIVE: Line CTL is visible; either Line F, Line T or Line G is weaker than Line CTL; which means that, the milk sample contains the the Fluoroquinolones, Tetracyclines and Gentamycin all more than the value in the table.
Remarks: Control line is used as a quality indicator, which will always appear regardless of the line F/T/G. If Control line does NOT appear, it indicates that the result is invalid. Users please check the kit insert again and re-do the assay with new test dipsticks.
