PVDF pellets 206 is the homopolymer of vinylidene fluoride,which has low melting viscosity. 206 is one kind of thermoplastic fluororesin. It has fine mechanical strength and toughness ,fine chemistry corrosion resistance and it is suitable to produce PVDF products by injection,extrusion and other processing technology.

PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) has the strongest toughness, low friction coefficient, strong corrosion resistance, aging resistance, weather resistance, and good radiation resistance among fluoroplastics.

Characteristic:

1. Fluorinated resin (commonly known as thermoplastic Teflon) that can be injected and extruded.

2. Excellent chemical resistance.

3. Wear resistance, high mechanical strength and toughness.

Molding conditions: dry: the original package does not need to be dry

Injection temperature: 180~230℃

Mold temperature: 60~90℃

Extrusion temperature: 180~265℃

Die head: 66~140℃
