Machine Introduction 
This machine is specially designed for coffee powder product (or other kinds of powder products, such as
cocoa powder, milk powder etc. ) to be filled and sealed inside empty nespresso capsule. This filling and sealing machines applied
with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of stainless steel.
Working Process 
Empty capsule loading, nitrogen flushing, coffee filling & pressing, nitrogen flushing into hopper, nitrogen
flushing , sealing, finished capsules pushing out.







Operation
 SIEMENS PLC & HMI control, one key operation, real-time monitoring. 
 English & Chinese languages display, other language is acceptable. 
 Automatic interface, easy to operate.  Manual interface, worker easy to debugging and testing.
 Parameter interface (permission with password), save forever, not worry data loss.
 Real-time counting quantity of finished pouches.
 When the preset quantity of pouches is reached, stop automatic. 
 Remote control available (Addable function).



       Safety
 Safety dust cover, open door, machine stop, this function can be suspended (Addable function). 
 Equipped with working indicator light and air blowing gun. 
 Protection: Compressed air gas disconnected, machine will not work. 
 Protection: Compressed air pressure not enough, machine will stop. 
 Protection: Incorrect voltage phase connection, machine will not work. 
 Protection: Air cylinder movements tracking, prevents parts breaking down.

         Filling
 All parts contact with coffee are made of stainless steel 304.
 Servo motor driven, high precision filling accuracy, difference
 Filling grams can be adjusted easily.
 No capsule not filling to prevent coffee wasting.
 With edge cleaning system to suck coffee at edge after filling, get good sealing performance.
 Hopper is installed on movable trays, worker can take off and clean hopper easily.
Vacuum type feeding coffee to hopper automatic (Addable device).


        Sealing
 Pneumatic type sealing, each sealing head is controlled by independent air cylinder.
 Special design sealing unit, capsule sealing surface is uniform and beautiful.
 High quality copper sealing head, high thermal conductivity and stable temperature.
 High quality part: Omron temperature controller and solid state relay.
 Sealing time, sealing temperature, sealing pressure are adjustable.

        Other
 Main motor brand is MITSUBISHI, working with high precision cam indexer. 
 Nitrogen injection 3 times to maximize nitrogen environment, get nitrogen as more as possible. 
 With castors, easy to place where you need. 
 English version operation manual,maintenance manual, electrical and pneumatic diagram. 
 We can supply PLC & HMI programming if customer required.

Work Process
# Capsules loading
Capsules stack together, loading one by one, pneumatic type, nespresso plastic shape caspule type.
# Nitrogen flushing 1st
Flush nitrogen into empty plastic nespresso capsule.
# Nitrogen flushing 2nd
Flush nitrogen into hopper, coffee in a nitrogen environment.

# Coffee filling
Accuracy error +/- 0.1 grams, vertical screw filling type, volume can be adjusted, all parts contact with coffee are made of
SUS-304.
# Coffee pressing
Compacting coffee tight, pneumatic cylinder control.
# Nitrogen flushing 3rd
Flush nitrogen before foil lid placing.
