2. Equipment descriptions
1) Equipped with high efficiency vortex separator, the plate concentrating equipment revolves around the new type plate rising falling film evaporator to evaporate the materials under vacuum at low temperature and heat the steam to carry out multi-effect evaporation operation through repetitive use.
2) It adopts high efficiency plate heat exchange to instantly and rapidly complete heating and sterilizing processes. Whole set design and complete set devices and designs are available. Thanks to the features such as compact structure, high efficiency ( the total transfer coefficient is 2-4 times of that of tubular evaporator), convenient disassembly and cleaning, low liquid holding quantity and short duration of materials under high temperature, the equipment is applicable to the concentration of Chinese herbal medicine, fruit juice, dairy, sugar alcohol and fine chemicals etc.
3. Advantage
1) High heat transfer efficiency
Comparing with traditional shell-and-tube evaporator, plate-type evaporator with unique corrugation makes high turbulence so the heat transfer efficiency enhanced, especially in the condition with medium of high concentration and high viscosity. TanletVap can work normally under the condition with temperature difference of 3-5°C.There is obvious advantage when TanletVaps were used in TVR and MVR systems.
2) Less fouling ,long operation cycle
The special design of corrugated plate can make the flow turbulence in very low speed. This can reduce the fouling and prolong plate life time. Then both the maintenance cost and initial investment can be much smaller for customer.
3) Low power consumption
In the same heating area, plate heat exchanger has bigger passage area and lower friction than tube heat exchanger. Then in the same velocity, plate-type evaporator can use a lower head pump and consume less power.
