General Introduction

DPP-250 multifunction automatic aluminum/plastic & aluminum/aluminum blister packing machine which absorbs the advantages of aluminum/plastic package at home and abroad, is designed by our technicians according to the requirements of the pharmaceutical packing technology reformation. This machine is suitable for blister-type sealed packing for various specifications of capsules, tablets, injections in the trades of pharmacy, medicinal equipment, food and electronic appliances etc. It has nine functions as feeding, blister forming, material filling, aluminum foil printing, aluminum/plastic hot-sealing, batch printing, creasing and cutting, punching and counter display etc and has such features such as even blister thickness, clear hatch and fine sealing etc. With the advance technology, the machine has accepted by provincial level technological evaluation, and listed as one of the key scientific and technological development projects of Zhejiang Province, one of the hundreds key foster products of Wenzhou City and developed with special fund from state.

 

 

Performance and Feature

1. Frequency control: The speed can be adjusted according to he factors such as stroke and feeding difficulty of filling material etc.(within 6-50 times per min). It is necessary to test run at a low speed, then run at a high speed in a certain range after proficiency. 2. It adopts manipulator grip feed device, the stroke can be freely adjusted within 40 to 160mm, that can freely design the sheet size in the range. (It overcomes the shortcomings of single stroke pulled by drum of the original DGB)

3. The heating plate for forming closes and opens automatically, so the plastic waste is restricted to one page. It adopts clamping registering heating, thus shorten the heating length of plastic pieces, reduce the heating power and temperature,

increase the stability of plastic pieces.
4. Heat sealing of air cushion: The cylinder will lift the checker plate automatically when the machine is stopped, that can remove deformation of blister caused by heat-radiation and convenient to clean the checker plate. Moreover, it can buffer the excessive pressure and prolong operating life of the machine.
5. Matching and heat-sealing of cross hatch: There are both point cross hatches on front and back surfaces. Owing to their same stress, it can avoid the sheet to curl and improve sealing performance (also for line sealing).
6. All the spare parts including the second filling hopper, which will contact with the medicine, are all made of stainless steel and nonpoisonous material and meets GMP requirement.
7. The plastic, aluminum foil and waste material are all fed automatically by the motors, it remove the influence caused by the different specifications of the rollers during production.
8. It is controlled by the computer, and batch number printing, creasing and cutting, automatic stop and alarm for finished and broken pieces form a whole production line. The industrial process is smooth and visual.
