Automatic Palletizer for carton / pack / bag
Robotic Palletizer is mainly applied to palletizing and moving cardboard and plastic cartons, bags etc. and has been widely used in the production line of beverage, bottled water, flour, fertizer etc.. It involves the knowledge of several subjects such as mechanics, automatic control technology, sensor technology, single-chip and computer technology, and has become an important part of modern machinery manufacturing production system.

1. This equipment adopts ABB robot as main machine.
2. The marshalling station organizes the boxes into groups as required by the client, in order to facilitate a smoother robotic capture motion. The bracket and the guide rail are made of 304 stainless steel plate, the roller rod is made of 50mm stainless steel, and whole station is powered by SEW motors which connected with a decelerator. The dual speed turn table uses FESTO cylinders and components.
3. Pallet Dispenser functions as storage, splitting and collecting the empty pallets. The system has the functions of storing empty pallets, automatic smashing, feeding and conveying; the PLC control system sends out signals, so that it automatically split the empty pallets and supplies the empty pallets to the host pallet position, which readies the pallets for the loading.
