3. Tips
1).Be careful not to drop the spark plug on the bottom plate or hard objects, otherwise it will cause internal cracks and changes in the gap between the electrodes, which will damage the performance of the spark plug and even cause the spark plug to fail.
2).The high-voltage wire connector should be pulled out with light force, and the spark plug should not be shaken with force during operation, otherwise the performance of the spark plug may be damaged.
3).The spark plugs can be removed before the engine cools. After loosening, a thin hose can be used to blow off the dirt around the spark plug one by one to prevent the surrounding dirt from falling into the combustion chamber after the spark plug is unscrewed.
4).Around the screw, spark plug electrode and sealing ring must be kept clean, dry and free of oil, otherwise it may cause problems such as leakage and weakening of the leaking spark plug.
5).When installing, first use the sleeve to align the spark plug with the screw hole, and then gently screw it into 1/2 of the full length of the thread, and then tighten it with an afterburner lever; With or without entrained impurities, do not blindly fasten.
6).It should be tightened according to the requirements. If it is too loose, it will cause air leakage. If it is too tight, the sealing gasket will lose its elasticity. Since the cone seat type spark plug does not need a sealing gasket, it is particularly important to observe the tightening torque.
