Electric Bus Battery Thermal Management System
The battery thermal management system keeps the battery pack temperature within a suitable range to maintain longer mileage and service life. The standard function is just cooling,but the TKT can make both cooling and heating functions.









TKT Battery Cooling System Structure: 
▲Condenser Coil, Condenser Fan, Water            Tank, Water Pump, Heat Exchange,Electric      Compressor,
▲Control Panel, CAN module, Expansion            Valve ect; 
▲The condenser system will cool down the      coolant, and water pump will make the
    coolant run inside of BCS and battery              structure system to release the heat                produced by battery pack.





▲Patent Design to make higher cooling/heating with less weight;
▲CAN Control to avoid the wrong operation to damage battery pack;
▲Precise Temperature Control (0.5 Deg.C);
▲Adopt IP67 electric parts, such as electric compressor, water pump, connectors ect;
