2. The inner tube of the double-layer plastic tube is made of PP (polypropylene), which prevents the gradual evaporation of liquid additives and ensures the long-term stability of the sodium citrate solution concentration. In addition, a dry surface is beneficial for obtaining accurate and reliable test results.
3. The material of the outer tube is PET, which ensures the long-term stability of the vacuum during the shelf life. The blood collection tube made of PET and PP can withstand the relative centrifugal force of 2500-3000g to obtain platelet-free plasma (PFP)
4. It is used for the examination of blood coagulation mechanism (PT, APTT, blood coagulation factor) in clinical medical examination. The concentration of sodium citrate is 109mmol/L. The precise ratio of blood collected to anticoagulant is 9:1
