Xiantao Deming Healthcare Products Co., Ltd, located in world-famous non-woven town - Pengchang, is an ISO9001 & ISO13485 proved factory. It concentrates on producing the non-woven disposable products in Medical, Personal Protection, Beauty Salon and Food Industries, including Facemask, Coverall, Surgical & Isolation Gown, Lab Coat, Shoe Cover, Round Cap, Clip Cap, Surgeon Cap etc. The products have been certified by CE, EN14683 TYPE II (Face mask), TYPE 5/6(coveralls) etc. Meanwhile, the factory passed BSCI.
Deming was founded in 1997, since it was a family workshop. It becomes a leading factory in Xiantao after over 23 years developing. Nowadays, the ground space is more than 20,000 square meters and the production area is around 20,000 square meters; else over 900 labors are working in the factory. In 2020, the factory signs the contract with local government to purchase an over 80,000 square meters' land. In next 3 years, the factory will invest 30 million USD for materials producing and capacity expanding.
Until 2019, the annual outputs of Deming are over 800 High Cube with various products, which represents 18 million sales. Those containers are exported to worldwide - 40% North America, 40% Europe, 5% Asia, 5% Middle East and else for other regions. As per the global strategy, the factory is going to attending over 3 international exhibition every year excluding Canton Fair in Guangzhou China, such as FIME in USA, MEDICA/A+A in Germany, Arab Health in Dubai etc.
During COVID 19, Deming was designated factory by local government to produce the prevention goods. It supplied huge amounts of facemasks and coveralls to support COVID 19 prevention. Nowadays, the responsibility of Deming is supporting worldwide since the virus in China controlled.
