Machine As A Whole
The air cushion is heat sealed,and the anilox roller is automatically raised by the air cylinder when the machine is stopped.It eliminates the deformation of the blister during the stay,facilitates the cleaning of the anilox roller,and at the same time acts as a buffer during over pressure,which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the machine.
Feeding Stations
Automatic alarm and shutdown when PVC is finished and broken,and equipped with emergency stop safety device,which improves the safety of operators during debugging and mold change.
Unloading Tray
All parts and hoppers in contact drugs are made of stainless steel and non-toxic materials,which meet the requirements of "gmp".

1. It is adopted double heater and heat plate for form, and roller type sealing, Thus increasing the speed of the machine

3. With thermal temperature control and test, main machine overloading protect, PVC and PTP packing material position test, feeder material position test, failure automatic debug and alarm, automatic protection and stop running.
4. Adopts auto photoelectric register device for patterns and words of Al foil driven by step motor, ensuring accurate registration and perfect performance.
5. Discharging finished product in the right order, automatic collection of bad products, auto rewinding of strap material to ensure easy collection.
6. Auto close and opening of forming plate helps delay the running time after dropping down the heat plate and also makes packing material efficiently used.
7. High Feeding efficiency, reliable and suitable for many kinds type arrange and irregular feeding.(according to actual product design fit feeder)
8. Auto alarm and stop of the machine when PVC finds in lack or ruptured, provides much convenience to the operator for timely PVC replacement or joint PVC.
