Crucible enamel melting  furnace is mainly used in ceramics, glass ,enamel and other industries to producing frit, glass low-temperature flux, enamel glaze and bonding agent in the laboratory. 

 

Electric Crucible Enamel Melting Furnace Usage:

Place a funnel crucible in this vertical crucible glass melting furnace ,and put into mixed grit to the crucible directly .A round port at the furnace bottom for liquid flow out, a stopper will seal this port when needed . When furnace is heated ,the stopper sealed the port very well to avoid melting material leak ,after melting ,lift the stopper and leak melted material .

• The Electric Crucible Enamel Melting Furnace has a unique ceramic fiber insulation around the chamber to provide excellent uniformity and energy efficiency.


• The heating element is installed in the insulation for maximum heat transfer to the chamber.  Max. temperature can reach 1700 ^oC


• Built in precision digital temperature controller which is 30 segments programmable to control heating rate, cooling rate.
