Fusible Polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA)
Fusible Polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA)
Like PTFE, PFA has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance, and is a resin that can be melt
processed. Due to its high light transmittance and excellent mechanical strength at high temperature, it can be used in products
such as tubes, joints, and wafer flower baskets.
It is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (-C2F4-) and fluoroalkyl vinyl ether (-CF2-CF(ORf)-).
No additives, plasticizers, high-purity substances with excellent chemical stability.
Because of the strong C-F bond energy, it has drug resistance and tolerance to most drugs.
Mechanically stable over a wide temperature range (-200°C to 260°C).
Has excellent flame retardancy (limiting oxygen index 95Vol%, UL94V-0).
Excellent electrical insulation and high-frequency characteristics, suitable for electronic fields such as high-frequency cables.
It is suitable for various melt molding processing methods such as extrusion molding, injection molding, transfer molding, and hot
compression molding.

Sterk PFA-S03：Can be used to make pipes, pumps, valves, plates, tank lining,
diaphragm, joints and bearing parts.
Sterk PFA-S06：Mainly used for pipe, wire insulation layer, film and various electronic
components.
Sterk PFA-S15：For extruding process, can manufacture cable insulation wire, multicore
cable sheath, etc.
Sterk PFA-S30：Mainly used for the aerospace industry, chemical industry, faster cable extrusion, more economical for places that
do not need high stress cracking.
* Packing & Storage & Transporation：
The product is packaged in polyethylene plastic bags and then packaged in cardboard boxes with anet weight of 25 kg per box.
It should stock in clean、cool、and dry warehouse, prevent from agglomeration and contamination.
This product is non-toxic, non-explosive, non-corrosive, according to non-dangerous goods transport.
