Q1: What is your MOQ (min order quantity)?
A: Sampling from 1 to 10 designs. Bulk production orders, 50 pieces per design, three units per size & colour.
Q2: Do you produce Custom made Designs?
A: Yes, we have been producing the highest grade of private label custom designs from scratch for over 10 years. It is our speciality.
Q3: Are the prices you offer are for finished garments?
A: Yes, the price we offer is for a fully-fledged garment packed into a bio-degradable bag.
Custom accessories & packaging will be invoiced separately.
Q4:How long will my samples take to produce?
A: Samples are typically produced in 5 to 7 days, depending on our workload.
Q5: How long will my production take from start to finish?
A: If selecting from our stock colours, allow 2-3 weeks, depending on the time of year & how many orders we have to hand.
If requesting prints or fabrics to be imported, add 2 weeks for processing & importing.
Q6:What are your payment terms?
A: 100% Payable on invoice via PayPal or AliPay for sampling.
As for production, 50% deposit at start & 50% balance when goods are ready, via Bank Transfer or AliPay.
