-one year. That means, if any quality problem occur within one year, we will replace the related components at free.
2. if any problem happen, how to solve?
-just contact our Engineer and interpreter by video on line, we will try to find the best solution in a short time. So please add Wechat or Whatsapp with our manager.
3. do you supply any spare parts?
- yes, we supply some consumables and tools, such as rounds blades, Allen wrench etc.
4. do you support custom made?
- yes, we do. If the size or function of machine is not standard, the price could be a bit higher.
5. how about your lead time?
- 35 days.
6. what is your payment terms?
- after the order has been confirmed by both party, the buyer pay 50% as deposits, and the rest 50% should be paid by shipment.
7. what is your packaging?
- shrink wrapper and plywood wooden cases.

- provide instruction of installation;
