Process Interpretation
❀ What is thermoforming and vacuum forming?
Thermoforming is a process in which plastics are placed in a high heat environment and heated to a softening state, and then it can be manipulated into other shape. Vacuum forming uses vacuum to make heated and softened plastic sheets close to the surface of the mold and form.
❀ What are the benefits of vacuum forming?
Vacuum forming is an efficient and cost effective way to achieve mass production.
(1)The upfront cost are usually much more cheaper;
(2)The lead times from tooling to production is generally much shorter than other process such as injection molding;

How to order?
❀ If you have STP, STEP, X_T, IGS drawing of the products:
Contact us directly, send your 3d drawings to E-mail: seal-vf@vip.163.com, tell us the material, quantity, color, surface finish requirements, we will give you quotation as soon as possible.
❀ If you want to make custom plastic parts but don't have 3D drawing either don't know how to process:
You can send us your samples, so we can make reverse engineering to get 3d drawings(this needs to be charged). Or you can go to 3d design company to get 3d drawings.
(1) Customer sends inquiry to us and provide 3D drawings or sufficient information
(Length*Width*Height, thickness, material, color, quantity,etc.) to us;
(2) We offer quotation in time, and prepare PI & contract for customer once the price confirmed;
(3) After PI confirmed, customer transfers 50% deposit before tooling;
(4) We produce a sample and send it to customer for confirmation. If there were any modification or changes, we will remake the sample and send it to customer for final confirmation;
(5) Mass production after customer's approval;
(6) Packing & delivery preparation, 50% balance payment before delivery;
(7) On-time delivery after balance payment received;
(8) B/L & other related documents sent to customer once available.

A: We are factory, as well as a manufacturer. All goods will be delivered to you directly from our factory.

Q: What about the lead time for your mass production?
It depends on your order quantity, we will start to produce when the deposite received. Usually it takes 10-30 days after the sample confirmed.
Q: What kind of shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
By air: it will take 5-7 workdays; By sea: it will take 10-30 days.
Q: What is your sample policy?
As a custom OEM service factory, We can only provide samples with extra charge, but if you consider that business can bematerialized after receipt of our sample, We will deduct the costs of the sample from your quotation in mass production subsequently.
Q: How do you pack the goods?
We have 15 years experience on export, finished products will be carefully handled by three steps:
1: Wrapped with packing paper;
2: Packaged with PE foam;
3: Put in an appropriate carton box or wooden boxes and be fixed firmly.
