In order to improve the energy-saving performance of PVB laminated glass, our EASYTO department innovatively added rare-earth thermal insulation materials to PVB,PVB heat insulation film is made of polyvinyl butyral resin and plasticizer after adding rare-earth heat insulation media by the technology of extrusion and calendaring.
It realized the function of traditional PVB to insulate IR and UV rays, and greatly improved the sunshade and energy-saving performance of the products. The processing and use of the products are simple, and the processing technology is the same as that of conventional PVB; Our thermal insulation PVB can insulate 99.8% IR and 99.99% UV light, and the visible light transmittance is 70%.
It possesses high performance safe guard properties, excellent heat insulation function, good energy saving effect, noise-proof and security function.
