2. Regarding pictures. Store pictures are only for display purposes, to inform customers that such products can be customized, not actual product pictures.
3. About the delivery date. The design date depends on the complexity of the mold. 3D proofing 3-7 days. 25-30 days for ordinary molds, depending on the complexity of the mold.
4. About the material. If the guest has a designated material, use the guest designation. If the customer does not specify, we will recommend suitable  materials according to the product's use environment and functional  requirements.
5. About the drawings. If you need to quote as soon as possible, please  provide 3D images, format stp, step, etc.If there is no 3D drawing, please  provide samples.
6. About after-sales. Implement one-to-one 24-hour dedicated personnel.  For long-term cooperative production of products with molds opened in our  company, the mold fee can be refunded.
