Full inspection of rubber: hardness, tensile strength, elongation at break, vulcanization performance, hot air aging, liquid resistance test, brittle temperature, ozone resistance and other conventional items
Process and Routing test
Routing inspection each 2 hours. Check diameter, wall thickness deviation, outer diameter of the skeleton, pressure etc.
Steel wire braid/Spiral test
Check machine setting, speed, worker operation, Steel wire layer outside
Pressure test
After production, 2 times work pressure test
Performance test
Rubber Strength and flexibility inspect
Finished product test
Print, surface, size, impulse test, inside diameter, outer diameter, etc.
