Product Configuration
The DC model is a wedge retainer one-way clutch but does not include an inner ring and an outer ring. This model must match the inner ring and outer ring designed by the customer. The bearing supports axial and radial loads as well as lubricating grease and oil seals. The wedge fast contact surface and the space tolerance must be within the range.
The width of the contact surface between the outer ring and the inner ring must not be less than the dimension "e", and the contact surface must not have any grooves to ensure normal function. Our factory can provide standard inner ring and outer ring. If you manufacture the hardened steel shaft and the workpiece directly into the machine wall, please participate in the following surface hardness specifications. The hardness of the contact surface processed by grinding is HRC60~62 and the hardening depth must be greater than 0.6mm. The internal hardness of the contact surface is HRC35~45, the surface smoothness of the contact surface must be greater than 22CLA, and the maximum acceptable skewness of the contact surface is 25mm and 0.007mm in width.
