Q: Does this machine need to be assembled when I received it?
A: This machine comes as a kit. You need to assemble it yourself.All tools and part are included in the kit.

A: The laser module have over 10000 hours lifetime.
Q: Can I regulate the laser power or the laser power is adjustable?

Q:What is the maximum thickness of acrylic it can cut?
A :The results we have tested so far: the thickest 12mm, black acrylic sheet, can be cut and penetrated
Q:Can this be used to cut leather , if yes how many passes for each thickness ?
A :Leather can be cut, and the thickness within 2mm can be cut and penetrated at one time.
Q: When I receive it, how to let it work?
A: Fist of all, you need to plug the stepper motor power cable to the controller board, then install the software and the
driver,power supply the machine,that's all.
Q: How long can i get it after payment done ?
A: usually within 48 hours sent out after receive the payment, weekend and holiday will be a little delay .we provide free express shipping,about 6-10 days to door .
