Toner Reactive Foil is a new product especially designed for the short run digital print markets and works with laminating machine.Toner Reactive Foil has a unique coating that will only stick to the certain type of styrene plastic found in the toners used for laser printers and photo-copiers.
Using procedure:
1. Print your artwork by using your laser/digital printer.
2. Put foiland your printed artwork together and go through laminating machine. You need to use baking paper to sandwich your artwork and your foil.
3. When the artwork come out from laminator, remove backing paper and tear off the foil. All the printed words/patterns will be replaced with the foil.
NOTE: Toner reactive foil works well in many printers. It mainly depends on the type of your toner
powder. Solid black color toner and smooth paper works best. It may lead to poor effect if you use coated paper, special paper, textured paper or some grayscale colors toner.
