1. With high-speed computer control system, the machine can finish three steps :opening fiber, computer accurate quantitative with
weighing, evenly filling into bags. It is mainly for pillow or sofa cushion cotton fiber quantitative weighing and filling.
2.Fiber weight controlled by computer, weighing range 150g-800g, high precision,very convenience for adjustment.
3. Opening machine comes with metal alarm and overload protection device, extending the life of the machine.
4. Double-headed filling plus flapping device, so that the filling process will be more quickly and after filling the pillow and cushions are smooth and beautiful.
