Preparation: 1. Arrange your friselline in the terracotta bowl 2. Season them with our Extra Virgin olive oil and with halved cherry tomatoes 3. Add a pinch of salt and oregano.

Union srl was founded in 1986 in Alberobello (BA) inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of the Casulli family.
After the success in the clothing industry and in particular in the production of extremely prestigious women’s garments—for fashion house like Prada, Marni, Valentino Les Copains, Versace—in 2007 the company, bound by centuries-old traditions to zoo-technical and agricultural industry, opens the doors to the agrifood industry and creates “Nonna Mariangela” and “Terre dei Trulli” brands.
