Brief information
-- PRE HTCY600 is used in the pre-treatment bleaching and degreasing of various fabrics, as well as the deoiling and dyeing one-bath process of polyester, nylon and other fabrics, which can effectively remove the grease, wax and various kinds of spinning oil on the fabric. The desired processing results are obtained.
Main composition
-- Surfactant compound.
Properties and fields of application
-- Excellent emulsification and dispersion properties for various oils and other impurities.
-- Good effect on oil stains and impurities removal on fabrics.
-- The removed oil can be emulsified and dispersed in water to prevent the oil from escaping the fabric and facilitating dyeing.
-- Low foaming can prevent smearing and knotting during degreasing and dyeing, avoiding bad conditions such as dyeing and uneven dyeing.
-- It is used for the oil removing and dyeing ofpolyester and nylon fabrics. It has good degreasing effect and does not affect the color yield and shade of dyed fabric.
-- It is used in cotton and blended knitted fabrics for pre-treatment bleaching process with good whiteness and wool efficiency.
