1.This machine tool is a high-speed, advanced and highly reliable CNC machine tool. The bed base, bed body, head box and other main components are all casted with high-strength materials to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
2.The machine tool has high position accuracy and smooth chip removal, suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
3.High-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity spindle, frequency conversion spindle motor, can reach higher spindle speed. The main shaft unit is assembled in the frequency conversion room. After assembly, it is operated at a constant temperature for 72 hours. After the machine is put on the machine, it is tested for 72 hours to ensure the reliability of high-speed and high-precision performance.
