Keylongest intelligent key management systems allows businesses to better protect their commercial assets like vehicles, machinery, and equipment. The system is made by LANDWELL and is a locked physical cabinet that has individual locks for each key inside. Once an authorized user gains to the locker, they can get access to the specific keys they have permission to use. The system automatically records when a key is signed out and by whom. This increases the level of accountability with your staff, which improves the responsibility and care they have with the organization's vehicles and equipment.

No local software installation is needed, our IOT products connects only through outbound communicaion to the Keylongest cloud service. 1. Staff member accesses Landwell key cabinet using a PIN, card reader, or biometric scanner
2. The Landwell system unlocks the specific key(s) the staff member has been given access to.

4. The system administrator has real-time data on which keys or equipment are signed out by whom and can access a full history of every transaction made.

Biometric Fingerprint, face, PIN, and/or card authentication(optional) allow access the Keylongest for added security and control. The keylongest supports dual authentication if desired. For added security, a digital photo capture of each login can be added.
