Our linear vibrating screen is a kind of small and medium size multi-layer screening machinery. Its performance has reached the international advanced level. Any dry material with a diameter of 0.074mm-20 mm could be handled. The maximum granule diameter should be less than 30 mm. As a multi-layer screen, this machine could come with six layers of screen at most.




Features of linear vibrating screen
1.It supports at most 6 layers. But 3 layers at most is highly recommended.
2.The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized.
3.It has 4 available material, all stainless steel 304 or 316 or touching part sus 304 or carbon steel Q 235A.
4.With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
5.It is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cove
6.Additional parts can be installed for better usage such as mobile running wheels, inspection hole, noise-proof basement, special feeding hole and capacity-controlling device.
