Plastic injection molding is the preferred process for manufacturing plastic parts, as it is ideal for producing high volumes of low-cost plastic parts with high tolerance precision, repeatability and no extra finishing required.

"Ideal Pro" began OEM & ODM Rubber & Plastic manufacturing since 2002. Our company owns professional, complete production equipments. Injection Machines total 20 sets, from 80T to 800T. With high precision and top quality.
Mold manufacturing
We have our own mould making production line, which is better for us to control the quality, improve our efficiency, and shorten the production time. Our mould lifetime usually can reach over 1,000,000 shots.
Prototype material
If you need Rapid Prototypes to test the part structure before mould investing, we can do 3D printing and CNC machining for you within 2-3 working days. We have our own production line for prototyping, Prototypes material can be ABS, POM, PP, PC, PE, PA(Nylon), PA+GF, PVC, PBT, ABS+PC, etc. Prototype Main Process: SLA, SLS, CNC, PJP.

Q1: I have a good idea but don''t know how to do with it, could you help me?
Yes, please tell us your ideal and our engineer will make a sketch for you to check. Also we can make a prototype for you by 3d printing, CNC and laser cutting to see if there is any detail need to be improved.
Q2: Can you produce according to the samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or 2D/3D technical drawings.
Q3: When can I get the sample after payment for mold?
Usually It will take around 3-4 weeks for mold making. And we will test the mold to make 10-20 samples for you to check.
Q4: Can you do assembly and customized package?
Yes, we have over 10 assembly lines which can assemble all kinds of plastic, metal and electronic parts for you. For the finished
products,we can customized the retail package and you can sell it directly after receiving them.
Q5: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A5: Yes we offer free sample but do not afford the shipping cost.
