Q: You are a factory or a trading company? 
A: We are a multiple company which consists of professional hospital furniture design, research, production, sales and logistics business. 
Our main products are: electric beds, manual beds, ambulance stretcher, operation table, delivery table, LED lights, bedside lockers, and wheelchairs etc. You can also call us a trading company, but it is different from the traditional one, cause WOODYWELL was invested by two furniture manufacturing factories and a trading company together. 


Q: Can you accept the OEM and ODM service? 
A: Yes, we do the OEM and ODM service according to your request.  
Only show your design drawing, we will satisfy you. 

Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 
A: Quality is life. Be responsible of customers. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment. Meanwhile, we will arrange appointed staff to live in factories to supervise until order finish. 

Q: Can I mix different models in one container? 
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container. We always do it. 

Q: What's the payment you accept? 
A: As usual our payment term is 30%T/T as deposit and the remaining blance need to be paid before shipping. Also, we will welcome to you check quality personally before wiring balance.
