However, due to the potential danger of ultrasonic wave to solution volatilization and the damage to the adhesive used for fixing in the steel mesh, the industry gradually tends to adopt the solution pressure spraying method. It is better to completely control the whole pneumatic cleaning without any danger to solution volatilization. Due to the development of lead-free welding, many highly demanding screen plates need to be cleaned immediately after printing, Generally, hydrocarbon is used for pressure spray cleaning.
