Introduction of LED X-ray Film Viewer:

 

STATEMED LED Film viewer (LED film viewer), adopting contemporary advanced LED solid-state light source and backlight source technology, is the new generation observation device for medical imaging films. As for the viewing screen, not only its brightness but also the uniformity and stability of brightness are high, without any dark spaces and flickers. The light source is characterized by rapid light-emitting, little color temperature attenuation and non- mercury. Therefore, the LED film viewer is of great value that can greatly enhanced the quality of observation device for medical imaging films and ensure the diagnostic quality of medical imaging.

 

 

Working Principles:

1) Main parts of equipment: LED light source, light guide plate, reflecting film, viewing screen, switching mode power supply, and film clip.

2) The power supply of LED light source can be got though converting AC220V to DC24V by switching mode power supply.

3) After refracting by light guide plate and reflecting by reflecting film many times, the strong light with high color temperature emitting from the LED light source, enables the uniform, soft and white light appear on the viewing screen for film observation.

4) The film clip ensures that films can be conveniently and firmly inserted on the viewing screen, also be removed easily.

a) Once switch it on, the film viewer will become bright and reach the rated brightness within 1 second.

9) Continuous working for 8 hours at room temperature; under formal use, the temperature of touchable frame and surface should be not higher than 60℃.

 

 

 

 

Installation Method:

Open the carton and take out LED Film viewer and accessories, then check the number of accessories according to packing list.

Through two mounting holes back of the equipment, please stably install the equipment on the vertical wall or other suitable places of vertical surfaces of objects.

 

 

Use Method:

1) First, close the power switch on the plate; second, plug one end of the power plug into the socket which is in gap position on the side of LED Film viewer; lastly, plug the other end into three-core power socket of AC; then AC will be connect to this equipment.

2) Open the power switch on the plate, then observe the uniform and white light appearing on the screen; and the brightness of viewing screen will be stable one second later.

3) Hold the bottom of the film and insert the top part into film clip along the surface of LED Film viewer. The film will be on the surface of screen after you loosening hands, and then you can observe the film.

4)  Hold the bottom of the film then pull down it gently to remove it from film clip.

5) If not use for long time, please close the power switch or unplug it from the AC power socket.

6) For LED Film viewer with luminance adjustment, the light source service life may be shortened if in max brightness state for long time.

7) For LED Film viewer with inserts control, the screen will became bright when inserts the films and become dark when remove it.

8) Without waterproof function, this equipment is only suitable for observing dry films. Wet films must be dried before inserting it into screen; if not, equipment faults or personal injury may happen.

 

 

Maintenance Method:

• Fully enclosed structure is adopted in this equipment, unauthorized people are not allowed to disassemble and maintain it.


• This equipment can work properly without special maintenance if using it according to this instruction.


• Please clean it timely if there is dust and foreign bodies on the surface of the screen.


• The screen is made of organic materials, please prevent the screen from being scratched by pen point and other hard objects while observing the film; the scratch is difficult to eliminate and it will affect future use of the film. 

 

Cleaning Method:

1. Before cleaning, please close the power switch and unplug the three-pin power plug of AC220V to avoid personal injury.


2. The wet cotton cloth or cotton used for cleaning shall be wet without leaking, the equipment damage or personal injury will happen if liquid infiltrates into equipment.


3. The soft cotton cloth or cotton wetted by clean water is suitable to clean the viewing screen; neutral detergent solution can also be used to wipe the screen, but the residue of neutral detergent solution must be cleaned with clean water.


4.  Confirm the water naturally dry, and then switch it on for normal work.


5.  The viewing screen is made of organic materials, the following liquids are not allowed to use for wiping the screen in case of screen damage: organic solvent such as alcohol, banana oil; disinfection solution, acid or alkali washing liquid.
