GMP storage tank
The tank contains the body, feeding pipe, cleaning pipe, cleaning ball, the liquid level detection sensor, and the mechanical safety valve etc. The liquid level sensor uses a guided wave radar and has a continuous liquid level detection function to fill at low level and stop at high level.
316L filling nozzle
Specially designed filling nozzle with high precision and long service life and can be dived into bottle bottom to fill. The servo motor drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head, which can switch the dive position according to different recipes, and the operation is more stable.
Bottle mouth fixing part
The bottle stopper uses a sliding stopper, which can be continuously adjusted for different bottle types. The slider uses a card slot structure, which is not easy to fall off on
the slide conveyor. All fastening handles use quick-install handles, with no tools when adjusting.

Feeding hose
It adopts Italian imported brand conveying pipe, which conforms to food grade, smooth EPDM rubber, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance and aging resistance, and is
