Product Description
Usage:
This extrusion laminating Machine is suitable for extruding and laminating such various roll materials as PP woven/non woven fabric, BOPP film (on auxiliary unwinder)
PE,PP, etc. (coating colophony), etc. And can cut edge, separate and cut material according to different requirements during production.
Feature:
1. The Cooling roller adopts gloss or matt surface, which can eliminate bubbles during laminating, featuring in quick stripping and laminating flatly.
2. The Silicone roll and laminating cooling roll employ screw cooling unit, featuring in fast cooling and that the cast film is easy to be formed.
3. The Laminating roll and the rolling speed synchronize in auto tension.
4. Compounding roller is driven by vector motor, Meet the product requirements, to ensure uniform thickness. 5.Preheating before compounding to guarantee fastness and intensity of film compounding effectively.
6.Back pressure roller make compounding roller to force evenly and compounding firmly
7.Compound feeding adjusted roller can overcome defects such as uneven of the thickness.
