The desktop immunochromatography quantitative analyzer (hereinafter referred to as the analyzer) is a fast desktop detection analyzer. It integrates a full touch screen, complete image capture technology, and is equipped with a friendly human-computer interface. The entire reading process is fully automatic, and you only need to click one button to detect and get the results. Accurate identification reads of multiple samples can be achieved in a single pass. Powered by an external power adapter, it works under low-voltage (24V) DC conditions, and the adapter has passed a number of safety certifications. The adapter should choose a three-pin plug with protective grounding to ensure the safety of the operator.
Working Principle :
Collioidal Gold Immunochromatography
During detection, the sample to be tested, which has been thoroughly mixed with the buffer, is added to the sample hole of the reagent card. The analyte in the sample forms an immune complex during the chromatography process. When the complex flows through the cellulose acetate membrane, binds to the antibody on the membrane to form a red band that develops the control line (C line) and the test line (T line).When the incubation is over and the test is started, the light emitted by the instrument is irradiated on the C line and the T line, and the intensity of the irradiated light is determined.
