If the customer finds serious quality problems after receiving the goods, such as deformation or damage, serious scratches or paint peeling on the front, please send us a photo or video within 48 hours after signing. At the same time, please take a complete picture of all damaged items and send them back to us, so that we can count the quantity. After receiving your message, we will deal with after-sales matters for customers as soon as possible. 4. Color difference: Due to the shooting environment and personal perception of color, and the color cast of the display, there may be differences between the actual color and the digital image or photo. The color of the product is subject to the
practical sample. If you directly place an order without proofing, the color of the product should be subject to the contracted goods.
5.Measurement error: The dimensions of customized items and samples and non-customized items are all measured by hand, so there will be slight errors, please be aware.
6. Sample proofing fee: For customized products, we will charge the proofing fee and logistics fee. If you confirm to place an order for large-scale goods later, the proofing fee for customized products will be deducted from the contracted goods
payment. However, please note that shipping and logistics fees for samples are not deductible. For customized roducts,
usually, the proofing fee will be much higher than the mass production fee. The reason is that customized proofing will
involve upfront investment costs such as mold or plate making, please understand. We promise to provide buyers with low-cost proofing solutions as much as possible. For non-customized products (RTS products), the sample fee is equal to the unit price of the product. The proofing fee and shipping and logistics fee of such products are not deductible for bulk purchasing.
7. Freight: Usually, the freight needs to be estimated based on the total weight, volume, shipping method, transaction terms, etc. of the goods. So it takes a certain amount of time to calculate. Usually we will give a reference shipping cost in time based on our experience. However, the actual shipping cost will be calculated according to the actual situation of the order. Sometimes there is a big difference between these two costs because of the unique situation of each order. Please refer to the actual shipping cost. In addition, the international shipping price usually follows the following rules: the shorter the shipping time, the higher the shipping cost.
8. Timeliness: The seller can only provide a reference timeframe. The actual timeframe may vary due to the actual situation of each order. Please note, the seller does not make any guarantee of timeliness.
* Proofing and Production timeliness: The proofing cycle time for customized products is generally 7-10 working days. For their production cycle time, we will give buyers a reference after evaluating the order situation, product quantity, production difficulty and other dimensions. The actual production cycle time will fluctuate according to the actual production situation.We will try our best to complete the production as soon as possible.
* Timeliness of logistics in China: Customized products will be sent from the factory to the international freight forwarding company within 24 hours after the production is completed. Non-custom products will be sent to the international forwarding company within 24 hours after the customer places the order. The timeliness of logistics in China is generally 2-3 working days. After the goods arrive at the freight forwarding company, they will weigh and price the goods according to the international logistics method selected by the customer, and make further arrangements, such as booking containers, voyages or arranging ship schedules.
* International logistics timeliness: International logistics include: slow shipping (45-60 working days), railway (40-55
working days), Airway+Track (30-45 working days), air dispatch (10-15 working days), express (7-10 working days in total) and so on. The above timeliness is calculated from the time of departure from the Chinese port, to the time for arriving at the destination port, but excluding the storage time at the Chinese or the destination port, the time required for customs clearance, and the delivery time at the destination. The delivery time at the destination is subject to the local logistics timeliness. And the above timeliness is for reference only, the actual time required is subject to the actual transportation voyage and the actual situation of different countries and regions. The seller only provides reference timeliness information and does not make any guarantees about the actual timeliness.
* Customs clearance timeliness: The customs clearance timeliness is subject to the actual situation of the destination country and region, and is not included in the above-mentioned logistics reference timeliness.
* Logistics tracking information: Except for the order tracking information of express and air freight, which will be updated in real time, the real-time status information of all other transportation methods is not available. Only when the goods arrive at the destination port and start local distribution, the relevant delivery order number (terminal tracking number) will be available. If the buyer needs to obtain more information such as the transportation track, please consult our customer service, who will try to ask for it from the international freight forwarding company.
