1). What is the MOQ? 

Normally we have all the bottles in stock.so the MOQ is one full carton for both plastic bottle and glass bottle.
The MOQ for custom colored glass bottle is 2000pcs. Custom plastic colored bottle MOW is 5000pcs.

2). What is the lead time?

We will ship out the goods within 3days for what we have in stock. For custome color bottle,we will ship out within 3-6days.

3). Do you offer the free samples,how can we get the samples?

Yes,we can send you free samples for testing before your first order.We will ship samples via DHL. You
can also call your local express to pick up samples from our office. 

4). How do you control the bottles quality ? 

We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also
select and examin the bottle quality one by one before packing. We can also make EO sterilization as the customers special requirement. 

5). How should we do with defective bottles? 

We will make 1:1 replacement for the defective bottles based on pictures. 

6). Can we do printing on the bottles? 

Of course,we can make kinds of printing and label printing based on your bottle needs. 

7). How can we choose the shipping way? 

For the small order,we suggest to ship via DHL,FEDEX,UPS door to door service. It will take 4-6days.
For the larger order,we advice you to ship by sea.
