1) Filigree and high-contrast markings with 355 nm and small beam diameter.
2) It has quick and efficient speed, light spot is very small and has high beam quality.
3) UV laser is almost suitable for processing all materials except copper material.
4) UV laser’s marking zone will not produce heat effect and will not cause material scorch problem.
5) Suitable for ultra-fine processing of the high-end market, electronic Component, drugs, cosmetics, and other polymer materials, packaging bottle surface, glass and crystal inside marking.
6) With RS-232 serial port line, computer remote control the machine.
7) UV laser marking machine does not need consumables. And the use cost and maintenance cost are low.
8) Permanent, high-contrast marks on HDPE/LDPE,other plastics, glass, packaging and other synthetic fiber materials.
9) A key characteristic of Gainlaser lasers is the use of diodes as the most efficient source for laser beam generation. They convert electrical current directly into light without the need for a pump medium.
