1.Continuous non-pulse microwave heating

2.Microwave power variable frequency control
Dual CPU technology is adopted to assist monitoring and control. The self-adaptive PID regulation technology overcomes the occurrence of overshoot under the condition of the change of the environmental temperature, the polarity of the reaction material, the change of heat capacity, and the change of mathematical model. The microwave radiation power is adjusted with the feedback of temperature so as to reach the temperature setting value accurately. Automatic adjustment of the power and the intensity of the response, to achieve the ideal control effect.
3.Platinum resistance temperature control system
The shielded platinum resistance is directly inserted into the reactor to measure the internal temperature of the reaction. Reliable shielding device effectively eliminates any electromagnetic interference and self-heating effect.
4.Microwave power ten adjustment
As we know, microwaves are very fast and very reactive. We divide the power into ten grades within the range of microwave effective power, and the microwave power can be controlled automatically by frequency conversion within the limit of power range of each grade, thus limiting the intensity of the reaction and the reaction speed.
5.The five-step program heats up
Through the control of the microcomputer, the reaction temperature rise process can be divided into five stages, the user can edit the reaction parameters: reaction temperature, reaction time, and maximum power. In addition, microwave can also be used to modify the reaction conditions.
