CNC 4 roller metal plate rolling machine, CNC automatic 4-roll bending machine
The 4 roller bending W12Q type machines are designed to bend light gauge sheet metal with NC controller. They are economic and
apply 4-roller structure to achieve bending and prebending. It is special and economic solution for roling light gauge sheet with
high precision and high effnciency.
The machines are easy for operation and maintenance. The upper roller is driven by a motor with planet-gear speed reducer system.
The lower roller is moved vertically by motor driven screw jacks, for pinching plate, while the 2 side rollers move along the
guide rail by motor driven screw jacks too. Steel Welded mechanical structure, annealed. One whole base has good rigidity and
makes installation easy. Pneumatic Drop-end, tilting of the Stand in non-driven is pulled by pneumatic cylinder for taking out
work piece (inished cylinder).
