Introduction
NH-9205 is a carboxyl polyester resin designed for 92/8 polyester/TGIC powder coatings to be cured at 200℃. Suitable for heat transfer printing powder coatings.
Powder coatings do not contain organic solvents and are widely used in construction machinery, automobiles, building materials, and other outdoor facilities due to their environmental friendliness, high efficiency, economy, and excellent performance, that is, the advantages of 4E. However, due to the influence of natural factors such as air temperature, humidity, and high ultraviolet rays, powder coatings have high requirements for weather resistance, especially for special outdoor use.
In the formula of polyester resin powder coating, polyester resin is one of the main film-forming substances, accounting for more than 50%, and the performance of polyester resin is the key to realizing the performance of powder coating. Therefore, polyester resins for ultra-weather-resistant powder coatings with excellent weather resistance and good mechanical properties are very necessary.
