1.Is it possible for you print my own logo on the steel coil ?
YES!
We can print your own logo on the top/ back of the steel coils/sheets/ tiles as requirement. If need sample design or pictures, we can send for reference.
2.Can you advice what is the lifespan of your steel coil?
YES!
The lifespan depends on the quality ( The zinc coating & paint coating of the steel coil).
Normally we have lifespan of 3 years, 5 years, 7 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years.
3.Except standard export package, do you have special package for the steel coil?
YES!
We can offer colorful package, vertical package with pallet, horizontal package with pallet.
4.Is special coil weight available?
YES!
Normally the coil weight is 3-5Tons.
If need small coil max 3tons, we can do. No problem.
If need big coil like 5-7tons, or 7-9tons, also okay for us.
5.In case of any quality problem, will you give compensation ?
YES!
If the goods was proofed to have quality problem by picture/video/test report, we will discuss with the customer friendly and pay
compensation by same amount money or cargo accordingly.
