Product Description

Kerter Water filter 800G 36V High Pressure Diaphragm Booster Pump for Reverse Osmisis  Membrane

Hikins manufactures full range of RO booster pump from 50GPD to 1000GPD for domestic RO water purifier application, Hikins diaphragm pump is further categorized into self-priming pump with feed water pressure from 0psi, and regular booster pump with feed water pressure from 20psi, the RO pump is widely selected for domestic Reverse Osmosis membrane application, and it is fully tested and meeting the relevant RO membrane permeate flow rate. Hikins has special advantage in injection and tooling production equipment for the plastic parts manufacturing, Hikins also has its own copper windering assembly line for the motor core production.

This RO pump is combining with the following features:

1) Durable diaphragm material under millions times water leakage test

2) Supreme Copper quality for the motors

3) Low energy consumption

4) Big flux working flow rate compared to our peer manufactuer

5) Patented quick-fit assembly for water input and output

6) Fit to universal RO water purifier requirement

7) Wide product range from 50GPD, 75GPD, 100GPD, 200GPD 300GPD, 400GPD, 500GPD, 600GPD, 800GPD and 1000GPD for all scope aplication of RO water system

Working  Theory

1. Diaphragm pump rely on, diaphragm leaf back and forth, then change volume to suction and output liquid. So it called Diaphragm Pump.

2. Motor consist of rotor, pump body, finished front cover and finished rear end cover.

3. Pump Head are assembled with driving head, pump cover, diaphragm leaf, piston, finished valve carrier, bypass spring and top bead.

4. Pump head and motor make a whole pump. Rotor in Motor driven back and forth, and drive eccentric gear moving.

5. Eccentric gear drives diaphragm leaf, and compress air to get energy. Energy transfer to pressure, and get effect of booster water pressure.

6. Pumps divide into Booster series and Self suction series. Working time should be less than 6 hours per day.

FAQ

FAQs on Reverse Osmosis RO Pumps OEM manufacturing

Q1: What is the purpose of diaphragm pump?

A1: The diaphragm pump is specially chosen for RO system because it does not require constant working for the pump, and the working process is controlled by the pressure change and water flow change from the water supply side to the treated water side. The diaphragm pump works by using the motor part to generate power and water flow to the water chamber of the pump head, the deliver water with enhanced pressure for the RO membrane, the diaphragm pump is taken as the heart of the RO system to provide running power.

Q2:What is the structural component of the diaphragm pump?

A2: The pump is composed of the pump head, and the motor part, the pump head part is further composed of the diaphragm, the valve seats, the water input and output valve, the piston, the cover, the motor is composed of iron-core and copper winding, the rotator, the shell and the end cap.

Q3: How to select the pump for the RO system?

A3: The selection of the pump shall be meeting the requirement of the RO system, total water volume of input water volume and output volume of the RO system should be considered, the pump working flow rate should be equal to the total water volume of the RO system..

Q4: How to select the transformer for the pump?

A4: Hikins pump has 24V and 36V two categories, each model of the pump has a maximum electrical current, the transformer selection should be based on the max working current of the pump, I the transformer current is smaller than the pump max working current, the transformer will be easily get burnt.

Q5: How do we avoid pump leakage?

A5: Make sure the feed water is pre-treated and free of sand before the water goes to the pump system, to change the pre-filters of the RO system often.

Q6: What is the best position to put the pump?

A6: To make sure water will not goes into the motor side and cause problem, pump is suggested to be assembled either horizontally or vertically with the pump head down.

Q7: Can the pump being used for oil material?

A7: It’s not suggested for the pump to be used for oil material as the valve will be easily get blocked.

Q8: Can we discharge the pump and check it on our own?

A8: The pump has been properly tested and safe sticker has been added to the pump, please do not discharge it unless under proper instruction from pump professionals.
