use:
K-type reciprocating coal feeder is used for feeding coal or other loose granular materials with low viscosity, and continuously and evenly discharges the materials in storage bins or material pits to transportation equipment or other equipment.
Structural features:
1. The reciprocating coal feeder is composed of a frame, a bottom plate (feeding groove), a motor, a reducer, a funnel, an eccentric connecting rod mechanism, a wooden pin coupling, a roller part and an adjusting coal feeding mechanism.
2. The eccentric connecting rod mechanism of the reciprocating coal feeder adopts 311 double shafts and automobile universal joints to connect and run smoothly and freely. The coal feeding mechanism adopts a fan-shaped regulating plate, with 9 adjustable gears, and the coal feeding amount can be adjusted according to the demand of the equipment, which is easy to operate.
3. After the click is started, the inclined bottom plate is dragged by the coupling, reducer and eccentric link mechanism to make a linear reciprocating motion on the roller, and the coal is evenly discharged to other equipment.
