There is no brick in the inner and outer wall of the boiler, and its no steel frame structure can greatly reduce the weight of the boiler. The total weight of the angle tube furnace is equivalent to 1/2 of the same type of bulk boiler. The bearing capacity of the boiler foundation is reduced by more than half, and the body height is also reduced. The height of the whole boiler room can save a lot of building materials, which greatly reduces the total cost of the boiler room.
4. Compact structure, nice appearance and little pollution
The whole boiler is like a large container, with plastic sprayed steel plate or galvanized corrugated plate on the outside, and the color of plastic sprayed plate can be selected by the user. The boiler has high thermal efficiency and less chemical incomplete combustion loss. Due to the low flow rate of flue gas at the tail, it plays a role in soot deposition. All sides of the boiler body are welded by membrane wall, which is fully sealed by steel structure, preventing the occurrence of air leakage, and greatly improving the hygiene and cleanliness of the boiler room.

There is no refractory brick wall in the furnace of corner tube boiler, which is heated evenly. The membrane water-cooled wall produced by international standard, which has small thermal stress and fast heat transfer. There is no refractory brick wall structure in the furnace, which reduces a large amount of heat storage. The grate frame is reasonably designed, especially the cast iron structure is used in front of the frame supporting the driving shaft, which effectively ensures that the driving shaft will not shift locally under various loads. The whole boiler is welded together by the membrane water-cooled wall, and the ball which can be freely shifted is installed at a certain angle at the pivot point on one side of the boiler, which can avoid the damage of thermal stress caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the boiler.
6. Low failure rate, easy maintenance and long service life
Corner tube boiler is easy to maintain and the furnace grate is easy to assemble and disassemble. If the furnace grate is damaged in the boiler operation, it can be replaced at will without stopping the furnace. The membrane wall can be patched, and several rows of tubes need to be cut off every time the convection tube bundle of the two drums of the bulk furnace is replaced. Corner tube boiler is lower than the traditional bulk boiler and has a relatively compact structure, which completely eliminates the corrosion of furnace components caused by low-temperature condensation of corrosive volatiles in the upper part of the blast furnace chamber.
