Product introduction:
1) It is for bulk radial electronic components to cut feet and shape new forms.
2) Applicable for: LED, electrolytic capacitor, capacitor, crystal oscillator, triode and other radial electronic components to cut feet and shape new forms. (When shapes and sizes of electronic components are different, it can’t share one machine.)
3) Parameters: The length of cutting foot is between 2.5 to 28mm. It can automatically distinguish positive electrode and negative electrode. Can cut one long and one short feet, make K shape, 90 degrees shape , incurve shape , excurvation shape etc. Cut long and short feet, 90 degree bending, K playing, inner bending, outer bending, straight feet, etc. (Different shapes use different mold)
4) Features: vibration feeding bowl, chuck, mold, etc, these can be customized according to different components. Function of machine is powerful. Rack-type chuck eliminates the possibility of damaging components during clamping, which is convenient for replacement; Φ4-Φ8 can share one jig, Φ8-Φ10 can share one jig.
5) Features: imported cam transmission, use Siemens PCL, which is accurate, stable, durable, low noise, touch screen operation, easy to learn, and convenient for data adjustment. Motors, electrical parts and steel products are all imported or domestic well-known brands.
